What are needlepoint canvases?

Needlepoint is a type of canvas work in which thread is stitched through the stiff woven canvas.  When you purchase a needlepoint canvas, you are purchasing a hand-painted piece of art that you yourself will stitch.  The canvas is a guide which takes the guesswork out of stitching.

What is your return/refund policy? 

Each canvas is hand-painted to order, so returns/refund are not accepted.  However, if you have an issue with your order, please email sgdesigns.needlepoint@gmail.com.  

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Since each canvas is painted to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for your canvas to arrive.
